* The scope of each service will be agreed upon at the time of booking.

* Customers must provide accurate information about their property (e.g., size, number of rooms, special requirements).
* Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the property at the agreed time.
---## 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling* Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
* Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
* If our team cannot gain access to the property at the agreed time, this may also result in a cancellation fee.
